MONTREAL, Que. – The Ontario Tech rowing teams closed out their season at Olympic Basin in Montreal by competing at the Canadian University Rowing Championship.

This year's Ridgebacks lineup featured an entirely new crew at CURC, with Zach Dixon, Liam Keenan, Lorena Jones, Lexi Buis, Emma Quinn and Emily Philips all making their championship debuts.

Both the men's double (Dixon and Keenan) and women's double (Jones and Buis) advanced to the B Finals. Quinn and Philips also delivered one of their strongest performances of the season, finishing just shy of qualifying for the women's double finals.

The event concludes the 2025 rowing season for the Ridgebacks.
