For recruiting visits or tryouts a waiver must be submitted no sooner than 7 days prior to the first day of participation. 
You will receive an email from one of our staff confirming acceptance of your waiver.

The waiver must be submitted Monday-Thrusday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at least 24 hours in advance of participation.
**No same-day waivers will be accepted**
