BURNABY, B.C. – The Ontario Tech rowing team finished up their competitions at the 2023 Canadian University Rowing Championship on Sunday.
 
During Saturday's time trails, Owen Nicholls(Pelham, Ont.) secured a top ten finish in men's lightweight singles with a time of 8:11.72, placing ninth. Nicholls and Andrew Dallison (Courtice, Ont.) finished in 12^th place in men's lightweight doubles with a time of 7:23:808 and Kierstyn Hawke (Oshawa, Ont.) also finished in the top ten for women's lightweight singles, placing eighth with a time of 8:41:425.
 
Nicholls would pick up a third-place finish in the men's lightweight B finals on Sunday evening with a time of 8:14.338.
 
Hawke would also pick up a second-place finish in the women's single B finals, finishing with a time of 8:53.762.
