Ajala-Alexis, a liberal studies student, scored twice for the Ridgebacks over two games over the weekend. In Saturday's 1-1 draw against Nipissing, he scored the lone Ontario Tech goal. He followed that performance with his team's only goal, this time in a 1-1 draw against Laurentian. Both goals opened the scoring in each match.

The men's and women's soccer teams continue their stretch on the road with a Friday night game at Toronto and Sunday afternoon at Ryerson.

The Ontario Tech student-athlete of the week award is presented by Subway located at 2069 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa.
