Mayea, a fifth-year business student, stood firm defensively and contributed two assists in a 7-2 win over RMC Paladins. The 6'3 defenceman's assists helped teammates Matthieu Gomercic and Kyle Locke score their first goals of the season. The win ties UOIT with Queen's atop the OUA east standings with six points. Mayea's two points on Saturday now rank him ninth in OUA scoring with four points on the season.
