Ridgebacks pull in three medals on first day of OUA Championship

ST. CATHERINES, Ont. – The Ontario Tech rowing team pulled in three bronze medals on the first day of OUA Rowing Championship action on Henley Island.

Kelton Sutherland and Zach Dixon time of 7:44.910 saw them pick up bronze in men's junior varsity doubles.

Keely Zandbelt, Emily Gallant, Fernada Abril Figeroa Valadez and Chlo Cervini won bronze in women's novice fours.

Andrew Campitelli and Thomas Yellowlees and secured bronze in men's novice doubles.

The Ridgebacks rowers will be back out on Henley Island tomorrow for the final day of OUA Rowing Championships.
