Ajala-Alexis, a second year liberal studies major, scored five times over two home matches as the Ontario Tech men's soccer program clinched a home playoff game with a pair of victories. On Saturday, in a 5-1 win over Nipissing, he scored twice. He followed that performance with a hat-trick on Sunday in the 6-0 clean sheet victory over the Laurentian Voyageurs.

The men's soccer program has locked up fourth place in the OUA east, even with two matches remaining in conference play. They end their regular season at home on Sunday at 5 p.m. against the Toronto Varsity Blues.

The Ontario Tech student-athlete of the week award is presented by Subway located at 2069 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa.
