Dasti, a fifth-year commerce major, picked up a second place finish at the ultra-competitive Laurier/Waterloo Invitational this past weekend. The two-day tournament, which features some of the best talent from across the province, was held at the Rebel Creek Golf Club and Grey Silo Golf Club on consecutive days. Keeping pace with the field, Dasti finished with a two-day total of 140 (72, 68), tying for the individual silver. This second place finish comes off the heel of a third place result at the Brock Invitational just a week ago, as the veteran rounds into form ahead of the OUA championships in Hamilton on Oct. 14-16.
