Lemmon, a communications major, had the hot stick over the weekend for the women's field lacrosse team at the OUA championship in Hamilton. In their opening 5-3 loss to the host McMaster Marauders she score twice for UOIT. On Saturday she was key in UOIT earning their 7-6 overtime victory over the York Lions. Scoring four times for the Ridgebacks in the game, her third goal of the day came with 23 seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game 6-6 and force overtime. In the second three-minute overtime period, Lemmon scored the game-winning goal with 19 seconds remaining to give Ridgebacks the 7-6 win.
