ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – The Ridgebacks Men's basketball team picked up a big win on the road in a thrilling 72-70 game against the Brock Badgers on Saturday night.
 
With the win, the Ridgebacks will now have an 11-4 record in the OUA East division as they continue in their record-setting season.
 
Three Ridgebacks hit double-digits on the night, as Keon Baker (Whitby, Ont.) led the Ridgebacks strong with 23 points. Forward Caleb Kassa (Brampton, Ont.) followed up with 12 points, and not far behind was Ayub Nurhussien (Hamilton, Ont.).
 
Both teams kept the score in close numbers, although the Ridgebacks were able to defend off the Brock Badgers in the final minutes of the fourth quarter.
 
Up next, the Ridgebacks will continue on the road next week to visit the Windsor Lancers in Windsor, Ont. on January 26.
