Varsity Blues best Ridgebacks in Goldring Centre

TORONTO, Ont. – The Ontario Tech men's basketball team fell short to Toronto Varsity Blues 94-68 on Wednesday night.

The Varsity Blues took a heavy lead in the first quarter going up by 12. Even though the Ridgebacks were able to close the gap a little bit more throughout the match, \ Toronto managed to keep this lead and take the win.

Zubair Seyed (Cambridge, Ont.) led the Ridgebacks with 23 points and Ayub Nurhussien (Hamilton, Ont.) had 17 points and five rebounds.

 The Ridgebacks will travel to St. Catharines to play Brock Badgers on January 20 Brock Badgers who currently sit in second in the Central division.
