OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ridgebacks bounced back with a 5-1 victory over the Queen's Gaels in Oshawa on Saturday evening.

After droping a 3-1 loss in Kingston, the Ridgebacks offense exploded to life. Julia Jackson (Uxbridge, Ont.) started the offensive outburst at the end of the first period and Leigh Burkitt (Nepean, Ont.) continued it in the second with a third coming from Milana Perri (Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.) shortly after. Jackson would pick up her second of the night at the end of the second period, and Harrie Jones (Ottawa, Ont.) finished up the onslaught with a goal in the third.

The Ridgebacks will get a short break before they take on the York Lions on Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Campus Ice Centre.
