Ridgebacks lose heartbreaker to Badgers in fourth quarter

The Ontario Tech men's basketball team hosted their first home game of 2023 on Saturday night. After a tough battle, the Ridgebacks fell to the Brock Badgers 69-65.
 
After Ontario Tech lead by 12 heading to the second quarter, the Badgers would cut into the deficit and head into halftime trailing by five. 
 
The Badgers would pull away in the second half, outscoring Ontario Tech 37-28. Brock's Isaiah Bujdoso led his team in scoring. He finished with 22 points and eight rebounds.
 
Jayden Coke (Ajax, Ont.) had a very strong performance in Saturday's loss. He finished with a game-high 28 points. Stefan Prica (Etobicoke, Ont.) also had a good game, finishing with 26 points and five assists.
 
Ontario Tech's next game will be on Tuesday, Jan. 10, against the Queen's Gaels. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
