The Ontario Tech men's basketball team hosted the TMU Bold on Saturday night to wrap up the first half of their OUA regular season. In a game that went back and forth all night, the Bold defeated the Ridgebacks 76-73.

After a tight first two quarters, the Ridgebacks ended up by two at halftime. The Bold outscored Ontario Tech 47-44 in the second half and survive a missed game-tying three-point attempt at the end of regulation.

Jayden Coke (Ajax, Ont.) led the way for the Ridgebacks with 16 points and 10 rebounds. TMU's Ankit Choudhary and Aaron Rhooms finished as the game's top scorers with 20 points apiece.

The Ridgebacks' next game will be on the road In Hamilton against the McMaster Marauders on January 6. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
