Chadwick leads nationally ranked Gaels to win over Ridgebacks

The Ontario Tech women's basketball team welcomed the undefeated Queen's Gaels into Oshawa and were defeated 86-58 on Friday night.

After only trailing by five after the first quarter, Queen's pulled away in the second as they outscored the Ridgebacks 30-9.

Julia Chadwick finished as the game's top scorer, with 15 points. Alexis Remekie (Mississauga, Ont.) led the Ridgebacks in scoring, finishing with 14 points.

Ontario Tech's next game will be on Friday, Nov, 25, on the road against the Waterloo Warriors. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
