Voulgaris scores hat-trick in Ridgebacks home finale

The Ontario Tech women's soccer team cruised to a 5-0 victory over the RMC Paladins in their final home match of the 2022 season on Sunday.

Priscilla Voulgaris (East York, Ont.) opened the scoring in the in the 17th minute to notch her first career OUA goal and give the Ridgebacks a 1-0 lead.
 
Shortly after the Ridgebacks would pick up three more goals in four minutes. Marlene Siwula (Missisauga, Ont) and Voulgaris found the games second and third goals respectively. Brogyn Tracey (Milton, Ont) picked up her team-leading fifth goal of the 2022 campaign as the Ridgebacks were up 4-0 within thirty minutes of play.
 
Voulgaris capped off the game's scoring in the 45th minute as she picked up her first OUA career hat-trick.
 
 
Alicia Chisholm (Woodbridge, Ont) made one save and picked up a clean sheet.

Prior to the match, the Ridgebacks recognized their 2022 graduates, which included Nicole Paraskevopoulos, Stephanie Viviano, Rhese Chambers, Leah Storms, Jordan Tortolo, Michele Dell'Aquila, Tracey, Melanie Hoekstra and Ashlynne Koly.
