The Ontario Tech Ridgebacks women's soccer team fall 4-3 to the Nippising Lakers in the final game of the 2022 season.
 
Jennifer Milligan opened the  scoring in the 16^th minute to put the Ridgebacks down 1-0. She added a second just 8 minutes later to double the Lakers lead. Just before the half she completed her hattrick. Ridgebacks were down 3-0 going into the second half.
 
Nippising scored their final goal in the 60^th minute to make it 4-0.
 
The Ridgebacks did not give up and brought a fight to the second half. Tara Sisic (Toronto, Ont) scored the Ridgebacks first goal in the 61^st minute capitalizing off a goalkeeper mistake. Just two minutes later Tatum Pearce scored after dribbling around 2 defenders in the box.
 
Sisic would make it 4-3 in the 75^th minute for her fourth goal of the season.
 
Alicia Chisholm (Woodbridge, Ont)  made 7 saves in the match.
