OSHAWA, Ont. – Alicia Chisholm (Woodbridge, Ont.) had a big game in goal for the Ontario Tech women's soccer program on Thursday in their first OUA conference game of the year, which the Ridgebacks lost 1-0 to the York Lions.
 
Chisholm made 13 saves, a career-high for her.
 
Sabrina Fabiano scored the lone goal of the match for the Lions in the 75^th minute, assisted by Jasmine Broderick Bo. 
 
The Ridgebacks had eight shots on goal, compared to 14 from York. 
 
The women's soccer team returns to action on Sept. 30 against York before returning home to face the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Oct. 2.
