OTTAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech men's basketball team dropped their second game of a back-to-back against the defending national champion Carleton Ravens 110-57.
The Ridgebacks were without their OUA all-rookie team member,
Graddy Kanku (Ottawa, Ont.) as missed his third game of the season. Veteran leader
Ammar Hassan (London, Ont.) also missed the game. With Ontario Tech Lacking in offensive firepower with two starters missing, the Ravens struck quickly, putting the Ridgebacks in foul trouble and never looked back.
Levi Ogbonna (Toronto, Ont.) made his second start of the season and led all scorers for the Ridgebacks with 12 points and two steals.
Anthony Pate (Oakville, Ont.) had 10 points and five rebounds.
The Ridgebacks will return home with a chance to pick up a few wins as they face the 1-3 Rams in a back-to-back before winter break.
