OSHAWA, Ont. - The Ontario Tech men's basketball team will be looking for revenge on Saturday after a heartbreaking 85-82 overtime loss to the Rams on Wednesday night.
Ammar Hassan (London, Ont.) led with a game-high 24 points, while grabbing 10 points for a double-double.
Kahleek Bakare-Whyte (Toronto, Ont.) finished with 19, while
Anthony Pate (Oakville, Ont.) and
Graddy Kanku (Ottawa, Ont.) finished in double digits with 18 and 13 points respectively.
Elijah Roye's 24 points and 11 rebounds led the Rams to victory, although it was Tyler Sagl that had the game-winning basketball for the Rams.
The two teams meet again on Saturday night in Oshawa at the CRWC, with tip-off slated for 8 p.m.
