KINGSTON, Ont. – Taijah Henderson (Ajax, Ont.) added to her league-leading goal total on Sunday in the UOIT women's soccer team's victory over RMC.
 
Henderson scored in the 43^rd and 86^th minute as the Ridgebacks went on to defeat the Paladins 4-0. This brings her season's tally to eight goals.
 
Cassandra Sribny (Pickering, Ont.) opened the scoring in the third minute with her fifth goal of the season.
 
With Henderson's first, UOIT found themselves ahead 2-0 at halftime.
 
To cap off the game for No. 2 ranked UOIT Ridgebacks, Alyssia Robichaud (Toronto, Ont.) scored in the 90^th minute.
 
The four UOIT goals came from 16 shots on goal, while they only allowed four against Victoria Savage (Woodbridge, Ont.) who earned the clean sheet. Claudia Rusu was RMC's goalkeeper in the loss.
 
Next weekend the Ridgebacks lone game is Saturday, Sept. 30 in Peterborough against the Trent Excalibur. Kick off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
