Shynice Williams (Mississauga, Ont.) of the women's soccer team and Cody Kraemer (Whitby, Ont.) of the men's soccer team, along with O'Neill, have also been named the UOIT student-athletes of the week presented by Boston Pizza North Oshawa.

Williams, a first-year health science major, stretched her goal-scoring streak to four games as she had goals in UOIT victories over the Laurentian Voyageurs and Nipissing Lakers. Williams has scored four goals and two assists this season, as the Ridgebacks are the only undefeated team in the OUA.
