Elser, captain of the men's program, had a major role in his team's bounce back on Saturday against the No. 5 ranked Queen's Gaels. After falling 2-1 the previous day in a shootout at the Campus Ice Centre, Elser scored three times in a 5-1 rout of the Gaels in Kingston. He also added an assist for his first career four-point game since joining the Ridgebacks.

Both hockey teams are in action on the road this week as the women's team faces the Toronto Varsity Blues on Thursday night and Ryerson Rams on Saturday. The men travel north to face the Nipissing Lakers and Laurentian Voyageurs.
