Rudd joined the Ridgebacks as the player support coach in October 2016.

He is passionate about hockey and helping students excel while at university and beyond. Since graduating with a degree in psychology from Trent University, he has continued to work with students in a supportive role. Rudd comes to the Ridgeback organization with 12 years of experience in counseling and working with students in a campus environment.  

He provides support and encouragement to the Ridgebacks, integrating leadership, character development and faith principles in his ministry to the players.
