2023: Appeared in 8 regular season games, making 8 starts. Appeared in, and started two OUA Playoff games and recorded 1 goal. Was named OUA East Division Second Team All-Star.
2022: Appeared in 11 regular season games, making 11 starts. Recorded 1 assist. Appeared in, and started one OUA Playoff game. Was named OUA East Division First Team All-Star, and U SPORTS All-Canadian. Was awarded OUA All-Academic and U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian. Was awarded the Ridgebacks Men's Soccer Leadership award and the Bob & Sallie Baun award. 
2021: Appeared in 10 regular season games, making 10 starts and recording 2 goals. Appeared in one OUA Playoff game, starting that game and was named to the OUA East Division All-Star team.
2019: Appeared in 13 regular season games, making 13 starts and recording 1 assist. Begley was named an OUA second team all-star.
2018: Appeared in 15 games, making 15 starts. Recorded 1 goal and 1 assist. Registered his first career OUA goal in the Ridgebacks 1-0 season finale win over Trent on Oct. 20.
