KINGSTON, Ont. – The Ridgebacks women's hockey team finished their road trip in Kingston on Saturday day falling 2-1 to the Queen's Gaels.

The Ridgebacks let in an early goal to Scout Watkins-Southward in the first period, but Harrie Jones (Ottawa, Ont.) tied the game up in the second with assists from Julia Jackson (Uxbridge, Ont.) and Milana Perri (Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.). The Gaels would eventually find a goal from Kennedy MacAlpine late in the third to take the lead and secure their home victory.

The Ridgebacks will now return home to the Campus Ice Centre for a school day game against the TMU Bold at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 2.
