NORTH BAY, Ont. – The Ontario Tech men's soccer team picked up a 1-0 win against the Nipissing Lakers this afternoon on the road to remain undefeated.
 
With an assist from Matthew Perovic (Toronto, Ont.) , Alex Irwin (London, Ont.) got on the board with a header to make it 1-0 in the first half. 
 
Ridgebacks' keeper Matthew Mattila (Oshawa, Ont.) recorded a clean sheet in the victory. The Ridgebacks have not given up a goal in their last 4 games. 
 
The men's soccer team returns to action against the Laurentian Voyageurs tomorrow at 3:15 p.m. in Sudbury before returning home on Sept. 28 when they host the visiting Toronto Varsity Blues.
