OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech women's basketball closed out their calendar year with a 95-45 loss to Guelph at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre.

Ridgebacks got off to a strong start, headlined by an excellent first half performance for Allie Dunnett (Sussex, N.B.) from deep connecting on five three pointers. Unfortunately for the Ridgebacks their offense struggled immensely in the second half and they were unable to capitalize on their earlier momentum.

Ridgebacks will be back in action in 2024 when they take on the Carleton Ravens on January 5th.
