The Ontario Tech men's hockey team lost their Friday night game 5-1 against Concordia.
 
The first ended in a one-goal lead for Concordia.
 
In the second Concordia followed up their goal with two more scored by Mathieu Bizier and Nathan Lavoie. In the third, Ridgeback Tyson McConnell (Pilot Mound, Man.) put the Ridgebacks on the board with his fifth of the season, unassisted.

In the third, Isiah Campbell grabbed another one for Concordia. 
 
In net, Leif Hertz (Kingston, Ont.) had 34 saves in the loss.
 
The men's team plays again Saturday, Feb. 4 against Queen's in Kingston at 7:30 p.m.
