The Ontario Tech women's basketball team lost a tough home contest against the Laurentian Voyageurs 71-68 on Friday night. 
 
Despite leading 51-39 after three quarters, the Ridgebacks were unable to end the Lakers comeback as they were outscored 23-17 in the fourth.
 
Nipissing's Bailey Tabin had a dominant performance as she finished with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
 
Nadia Ismaila (Ottawa, Ont.) led Ontario Tech in scoring with 14 points. She also finished the game with a team-high eight rebounds. 
 
The Ridgebacks next game will be on Friday, Nov. 11 in Kingston against the Queen's Gaels. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
