It was second half heroics for the Ridgebacks as they bounced back from trailing 39-31 at the half.
Levi Ogbonna (Toronto, Ont.) led the way in scoring for Ontario Tech with 20 points, six rebounds and five assists, Jayden Coke (Ajax, Ont.) had an 18-point 14 rebound double-double and
AJ Cummings (Ajax, Ont.) had 14 points on four-of-nine shooting from deep.
Kanayo Nnadi led the Warriors with 23 points and eight rebounds as the hotly contested game came down to the wire where back-to-back jumpers from Coke gave the Ridgebacks the lead that would secure the game.
With the win in the books, the Ridgebacks will travel to Wilfred Laurier on Saturday to close out their road trip at 8 p.m. before returning home for their final games before the winter break.
