Ridgebacks wrap up season Sunday against Brock

In their final weekend of action before the OUA championship, the Ontario Tech lacrosse team opened with a pair of losses on Saturday.

The opening game of the day was a 22-6 loss to the Western Mustangs. Kendra Orr (Brooklin, Ont.) led the team with two goals, while individual tallies came from Samantha Blair (Middle Sackville, N.S.), Caitlyn Cote (Oshawa, Ont.) and Victoria Solti (Bowmanville, Ont.).

To wrap up the day they fell 11-6 in a tight battle with the Guelph Gryphons. Orr scored three times, while Hannah Bragg (Oshawa, Ont.) added two goals. Cote scored once in the game.

They now prepare for the Brock Badgers on Sunday, which will lead them into the OUA championship next weekend in Toronto at U of T.
