OSHAWA, Ont. - In their final game before conference action, the Ontario Tech men's soccer program had a tough outing as they were shutout 5-0 by the Guelph Gryphons.
 
Evan Dick, Alex Zig, and Lucas Deros all scored for the Gryphons with Zig scoring a hat-trick.
 
The Ridgebacks start OUA conference play at home, kicking things off with action against the York Lions on Thursday night.
