OSHAWA, Ont. – The UOIT women's field lacrosse team will have home field advantage this weekend as they will be hosting five OUA games at Oshawa Civic Fields on Sunday, Sept. 20.
 
The five games will be a preview of what fans can expect when the Ridgebacks host the OUA women's field lacrosse championship from Oct. 23-25 at the Civic.
 
Five OUA teams will be taking part in the event this Sunday including the Toronto Varsity Blues, Queen's Gaels, Trent Excalibur, York Lions and the host UOIT Ridgebacks.
 
UOIT will match up against the Varsity Blues at 9:45 a.m. followed by a match against Trent at 3 p.m. The morning match against Toronto will be a rematch of the OUA bronze medal game in 2014.

Queen's vs. Trent – 11:30 a.m.
Toronto vs. York – 1:30 p.m.
