Cote, a forensic psychology major, was a key contributor in the Ridgebacks split in Toronto over the weekend. She scored a hat-trick and added three assists during the Ridgebacks opening 13-10 victory over the Toronto Varsity Blues. In the second game against the Trent Excalibur, Cote scored one of the three Ridgebacks goals. With her four goals over the weekend, Cote sits third in team scoring with 17 goals.

The golf team enters their final tournament before the OUA championship today at the Guelph Invitational. The lacrosse team has four more matches before hosting OUA championship and are in action next weekend, when they face the Queen's Gaels and Trent Excalibur.

The Ontario Tech student-athlete of the week award is presented by Subway located at 2069 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa.
