Nauboris, a kinesiology major, broke UOIT's single-season assist record on Friday in the Ridgebacks' 4-1 win over the Waterloo Warriors after finishing the game with a goal and two assists. This season she now has 16 assists, passing the record of 15 assists set in 2011-12 by Jill Morillo and Jennifer Daly. Since 2011-12 the record was tied twice by Jaclyn Gibson in 2013-14 and Mikaeli Cavell in 2016-17.
 
The three-point game for Nauboris on Friday came after an even better start to the week as she had four points against the Laurier Golden Hawks. Nauboris recorded a goal and three assists in the 6-1 win over Laurier.
