For the first time in program history the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks have picked up three wins after a 79-70 win over Laurentian on the road.
 
The shorthanded Voyageurs came out hot on a 13-5 run, but the Ridgebacks quickly responded after a timeout and began chipping away at the Laurentian lead. Ontario Tech took the lead into half time, and a pivotal third quarter offensively saw their lead continue to grow before they were able to seal the game away in the fourth with lock down defence. 
 
 Levi Ogbonna (Toronto, Ont.) led all scorers for the Ridgebacks with 23 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three blocks. Jayden Coke (Ajax, Ont.) returned to the line-up with 19 points and eight rebounds.
 
The Ridgebacks have one final chance to continue to grow their program best total in wins with a game against the Nipissing Lakers tomorrow night at 8 p.m.
