Comeback falls short against nationally ranked Ravens

The Ontario Tech men's basketball team hosted the Carleton Ravens on Saturday night. In a competitive contest, the Ravens defeated the Ridgebacks 86-73.

After both teams scored 22 in the first, the Ravens took a 41-40 lead into halftime. The Ravens outscored the Ridgebacks 45-33 in the second half to pull away with the victory.

Carleton's Aiden Warnholtz finished as the game's top scorer. He had an impressive 36 points in the Ravens' win.

Jayden Coke (Ajax, Ont.) led the Ridgebacks in scoring, finishing with 22 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. Stefan Prica (Etobicoke, Ont.) finished with 14 points.

Ontario Tech's next game will be on Saturday, Feb. 4, against the Algoma Thunderbirds in Sault Ste. Marie. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
